- Reservation Policy - Individual Services can be booked within 24 hours. Please allow at least 7 days in advance when booking spa parties or corporate events. For reservations click here.
- Cancellation Policy - Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the service/event. Unfortunately, spa party guests who are late for their service may have the service time shortened as therapists are on a tight schedule.
- Payment - We accept cash or credit card. For Spa Parties or corporate events, payment is required 24 hours prior to services. For Spa Parties, the host may choose to pay for all services on one invoice. If guests are paying for services individually, they must call in their payments at least 24 hours prior to the event. - Destination Fees - May apply depending on your location. We will do our best to find technicians close to your location to avoid a destination fee.
- Gratuities - If you are pleased with the services you receive, it is customary to thank your therapist with a 15%-20% gratuity. This gratuity can be given directly to the therapist (s).
- Age Requirement - Clients must be at least 18 years of age unless accompanied by a parent or guardian in the room.
- Gift Certificates - Must be presented at time of service and are not redeemable for cash. Gift Certificates can be purchased by calling 813.244.5624
- Prices - All prices are subject to change without notice.
- Hours of Operation - Chic Massage is available 7 days a week. Our hours are flexible to meet customer's needs.
